Only a short while after we discussed the advantages that the Web in general and the Open Source Movement in particular provide for film-makers at Delhi's Open Frame Festival, here is another proof of the strategy: The Blender Foundation just released their 3rd open source movie project "Sintel". A short fantasy story about a young girl and a little dragon, with great 3D animation and beautiful compositing. But watch for yourself:
